Classroom Attendance Policy
State Law requires all CE Students to attend at least 90% of a 4 Hour CE Course including breaks.

CE Students who are absent from the classroom more than 24 minutes will not receive credit for a CE Course. (For example, if a CE Course begins at 8:00AM and you arrive in the classroom after 8:24AM, by State Law our instructor will not allow you to enter the CE Classroom, and we cannot give you credit for the CE Course. We will consider you to be a “No Show”, and you should call us to reschedule your CE Course for a $10.00 Rescheduling Fee.)

Refund and Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your registration at least 48 hours prior to the class starting time, you be will refunded your registration fee minus a $10 Administrative Fee.

If you cancel your registration less than 48 hours prior to the class starting, we will be happy to carry your Registration Fee forward for one year to another CE Course.

“No Show” Policy
If you are registered for one of our CE Courses and you do not show up for the course, you must call us to reschedule the course. We will charge you a $10.00 Rescheduling Fee to move you to another CE Course.
